Check status of order
Checking status of an order
If you have an order with 123stickers.com and would like to check the status of your order, you can do so by logging in to your account, or sending us an email with your order number or first/last name of the person who ordered the stickers.

The following should give you and idea how the whole production process should work (screenprinted and digital stickers):

1. We receive the order, art, payment info, and all of the necessary specifications (Pantone colors, stock, sizing issues, etc).

2. Art and order is approved for production, the order has been paid for. Customer is notified that we received the art/order. Customer art is filed and printed order is given to the art department.

3. Art for the order is prepped, separated, and sized. Proofs - if needed - sent by the art department to the customer for approval prior to printing. Art layout done and films printed. Job is ready for scheduling.

4. Job is scheduled for print production. From this point it is usually no more that a week until the order ships to the customer.

5. Films prepped and screens burned (screenprinted stickers only).

6. Job is printed and sent to bindery for cutting.

7. Job is trimmed or die-cut and packaged for shipping.

8. Packaged job is shipped. Customer notified by Customer Service of shipment and tracking info. Order is marked as Completed online.
